COVID-19 Updates: Learn more about our temporary policy changes

Dear Friends and Family,

Due to the evolving situation regarding COVID-19, we have implemented several temporary changes to our shelter as we look out for your safety and the safety of our volunteers.

Here are a few of those changes:

  1. We are closed to the public but are available by appointment
  2. Contact-less pick-ups and deliveries are available (more below)
  3. We've expanded our online store to include our special event rummage sale*
  4. Sign up for our newsletter so we can keep you in the know
  5. We encourage e-transfer payments as a contact-less alternative to conventional payment methods

We look forward to serving you online and on our social media as we adapt to the changing situation.

The Little RES Q

*Tank sales do not come with reptiles. Turtles have specific care requirements and we do not recommend a 20 gallon tank for any turtle over 2 inches.

 

 

Our Contact-less Services

The shelter is uniquely setup for social distancing and thanks to our new heated curbside animal box, we are able to perform our services safely through no contact measures.

This does include the rescue's truck for off-site pickups and drop offs. Our RES Q Crew is fully equipped with personal protective equipment, soap, and sanitizer to ensure that every hand-off is safe for your family and ours.
